Mitt Romney is a real sports fan just like you and me. He puts on his $250 custom jersey over a button-down dress-shirt and taunts opposing players from his $1,200 courtside seat. Then on the way home, he ties his dog to the roof of his car.

The ex-Massachusetts governor and failed Republican presidential candidate was the most notable Jazz fan in attendance at their Game 4 win over the Thunder Monday. He caught the cameras’ attention in the second quarter, when he mocked Russell Westbrook for picking up his fourth foul.

Romney’s sports fandom is seemingly dependent on convenance. In the 2012 presidential race, he often professed his admiration for Boston sports teams.

Romney took a break from the limelight after Donald Trump passed him over for a cabinet position during the presidential transition. He’s currently running for senator in Utah, where he recently failed to clinch the Republican nomination.
