These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Providence, LLC d/b/a WEEI-FM (“Station” or “WEEI-FM”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 150 Chestnut Street, Providence, RI 02903 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at: www.WEEI.com. To the extent that the Station’s general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this contest.
How to Enter
1. No purchase necessary or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.
2. Beginning April 8, 2010 at 12:00am through August 11, 2010 at 11:59pm (“Promotional Period”), employees, participants, administrators, and/or alumni of any of Non-profit Youth Organization with a main office located within the state of Rhode Island (“Participating Non-profit Youth Organization”), as well as friends and family members of all above mentioned individuals, that are 13 years of age or older, or any member of the general public, that are 13 years of age or older, may go to weei.com/communitybench to submit a nomination (“Entrants/Nominators”) for the “Participating Non-profit Youth Organization” of their choice that they believe deserve to receive tickets to a Pawtucket Red Sox game at McCoy Stadium. In order for the entry/nomination to be included in the drawings, the Entrant/Nominator must provide the following information: Name of the Participating Non-profit Youth Organization they are nominating and the town that organization is located in (full address is optional), Entrant/Nominator’s name, email address and telephone number. Other optional information may be requested but is not required for a valid entry/nomination. PLEASE NOTE THAT A VALID PHONE NUMBER IS CRITICAL …IF THE STATION IS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE NOMINATED ORGANIZATION, IT MAY NEED TO CONTACT THE ENTRANT/NOMINATOR FOR MORE INFORMATION. FAILURE TO SUPPLY A VALID PHONE NUMBER OR TO RETURN A CALL FROM STATION IN A TIMELY MANNER TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY RESULT (IN STATION’S SOLE DISCRETION) IN THE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE SELECTED PARTICIPATING NON-PROFIT YOUTH ORGANZIATION.
3. Despite the designation of a “Participating Non-profit Youth Organization” as a defined term above, no organization has been contacted nor has agreed to participate in this Contest. Station has not contacted any Participating Non-profit Youth Organization to confirm whether or not they would be willing to accept the prize in this Contest should their organization win. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL NOMINATORS TO CHECK IN ADVANCE WITH THE ORGANZIATION ADMINITRATOR TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THE PARTICIPATING NON-PROFIT YOUTH ORGANIZATION INTENDS TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE IN THE EVENT OF WINNING. Further, such organizations need not be formal organizations nor non-profit organization under the IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) (informational community youth groups, organized youth sporting teams, etc… are eligible to win).
4. Only one nomination per email address will be accepted. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar modes of sending email is prohibited and any suspicion by Station (whether accurate or not) may result in voters or any Participating Non-profit Youth Organization being disqualified from any participation in this contest.
5. All nominations will be accepted, notwithstanding the nominator’s legal status or state of residency.
6. In the event that Station encounters any technical issues of any kind related to the functionality of the entry/nomination software, Station reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to end, temporarily suspect or otherwise alter this Contest in any manner that Station sees fit to address, correct or avoid any such technical error or malfunction, whether caused by human error or any other cause. Station has no responsibility or liability for any technical problems or errors whatsoever to any individual nominator, potential nominator or any Participating Non-profit Youth Organization in connection with this Contest.
How to Win
7. There are no limits on the number of nominations in the grand prize drawing that a Participating Non-profit Youth Organization can receive in this contest, subject to Section 4 above.
8. THE EARLIER AND/OR THE MORE FREQUENTLY THAT A PARTICULAR ORGANIZATION IS NOMINATED, THE MORE DRAWINGS THAT ORGANIZATION WILL BE INCLUDED IN AND THE MORE LIKELY IT IS TO WIN.
9. There will be eight (8) drawings conducted in this Contest, with one winning Participating Non-profit Youth Organization randomly selected in each drawing. On or about each of the following dates, WEEI-FM will randomly select one entry nomination from among all entries receive on or before 1 hour prior to each drawing and the Participating Non-profit Youth Organization named on that entry will be the potential winner of the applicable Grand Prize described below, subject to compliance with these rules (including, without limitation, Sections 12, 13 and 16 below):
• Drawing # 1: May 6, 2010,
• Drawing # 2: May 20, 2010,
• Drawing # 3: June 3, 2010
• Drawing # 4: June 21, 2010,
• Drawing # 5: July 1, 2010,
• Drawing # 6: July 22, 2010
• Drawing # 7: August 2, 2010, and
• Drawing # 8: August 9, 2010.
The potential winning Participating Non-profit Youth Organization listed on the winning entry selected will be contacted by phone by a Station representative. Awarding of the Grand Prize is subject to the selected authorized organization representative accepting the terms and conditions of the prize, signing a release agreement relieving the Station and contest sponsors from all liability related to the contest and the prize, and written authorization as described in Sections 12 and 16 below.

10. Up to Eight (8) grand prizes will be awarded in this Contest. Each grand prize will be twenty-four (24) tickets to a pre-determined Pawtucket Red Sox home game (Location: Red, Section 3) and twenty four (24) t-shirts. Approximate retail value of the each grand prize will be approximately $360.00. The pre-determined Pawtucket Red Sox home games are as follows:
- Drawing # 1: Saturday, May 15, 2010 game
- Drawing # 2: Sunday, May 30, 2010 game
- Drawing # 3: Sunday, June 13, 2010 game
- Drawing # 4: Wednesday, June 30, 2010 game
- Drawing # 5: Friday, July 9, 2010 game
- Drawing # 6: Saturday, July 31, 2010 game
- Drawing # 7: Sunday, August 8, 2010 game
- Drawing # 8: Wednesday, August 18, 2010 game
11. As set forth in more detail in the general contest rules, Station and Sponsors are responsible in any manner for replacing tickets for rain-out games, refunds, or game date exchanges, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the these games.
12. The authorized organization administrator of each winning Participating Non-profit Youth Organization will be required to sign a release agreement in the form attached hereto as Attachment B as a condition of being entitled to the Grand Prize and must return an original to Station on or before 3pm on ___ business days prior to game assigned above. Tickets will not be released and no organization will be deemed a winner in this contest until the foregoing have been completed n a timely manner.
13. If the Participating Non-profit Youth Organization refuses to accept the Grand Prize for any reason or Station is unable to contact the organization in a timely manner for any reason or if such organization fails to provide any required information or documents to Station by the deadline required by the Station or in Section 12 above, then the Grand Prize will be forfeited, no substitute prize will be awarded to that organization. Station may, but is not obligated to, randomly select another entry that identifies a different Participating Non-profit Youth Organization (“Alternate Winner”), subject to compliance with these rules. If the Alternate Winner does not accept the grand prize or forfeits it for any reason, Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion or either select yet another Alternate Winner or not award the grand prize at all.
14. The Station and/or contest sponsors are not responsible for obtaining guardian permission or release forms for non-profit youth organization members attending the game. Each participating Non-profit Youth Organization is responsible for obtaining their own necessary release/consent documents.
15. Each winning Participating Non-profit Youth Organization is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize, as set forth in the contest rules,
16. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or stated on-air, no organization will be entitled to receive any prize until after their eligibility has been confirmed or accepted by Station and all required paperwork (including, without limitation, liability release agreements) requested by Station have been executed by the appropriate authorized organization administrator(s).
17. NO INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT/NOMINATOR (even the person who submitted the selected winning nomination/entry) IS ENTITLED TO ANY PRIZE IN THIS CONTEST and is not entitled to use of any ticket awarded in this Contest to the Participating Non-Profit Youth Organization. Station has no obligation whatsoever to contact, notify or even disclose the name of the Entrant/Nominator whose entry was selected, except as otherwise expressly required by law.

Other Rules Specific to This Contest
19. Odds of winning depends on the how many entries a Participating Non-profit Youth Organization receives and the total number of entries received as of the date of each drawing.
20. A copy of these specific contest rules are available at the Station studios at 150 Chestnut Street, Providence, RI 02903 during normal business hours of 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m., Monday through Friday or online at weei.com/communitybench. The Station’s general contest rules are available as set forth above.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE RELEASE
In consideration of the opportunity provided by Entercom Providence, LLC d/b/a WEEI-FM (“Entercom” or “Station”), I, __________________________ [name], hereby acknowledge and agree on behalf of _____________________ [name of Youth Organization] (“Organization”) to the following:
1. I am an authorized representative of the Organization and have the authority to sign this document on behalf of the Organization and to legally bind the Organization to the agreements set forth herein.
2. As part of Entercom’s “Community bench” promotion for, I hereby accept on behalf of the Organization the following prize, subject to the terms and conditions of this Release (“Prize”): twenty-four tickets to a Pawtucket Red Sox Game on ________________, 2009 and 24 t-shirts (total value of approximately $360.00). The Organization is responsible for paying and reporting any applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize. Entercom and its contest sponsors are not responsible for any delays, cancellation, or rescheduling of such game or any expenses related thereto.
3. It is the Organization’s sole responsibility to determine, which members of its organization, staff and/or participants may or may not attend the game. STATION AND ITS CONTEST SPONSORS HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY IF AN ENTRANT/NOMINATOR IS NOT INVITED BY THE ORGANIZATION TO ATTEND THE GAME. The Station and its contest sponsors are not responsible for obtaining guardian permission or release forms for non-profit youth organization members attending the game. Organization is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary release/consent documents.
4. In no event is the Organization entitled to any prize in this Contest unless the following have been satisfied:
• Execution of this agreement “as is”, with an originally executed copy delivered to Station no later than _________, 2009 at ___pm
• In the event that the game date is not agreeable to the Organization or the Organization fails to satisfy any of the other obligations described in this Release Agreement, then the prize shall be forfeited by the Organization and no substitute prize shall be awarded to the Organization.
5. Accordingly, the Organization, its agents, assigns, employees, managers, representatives, affiliated companies, and vendors hereby voluntarily and knowingly release, acquit and forever discharge Entercom Providence, LLC, Tufts Health Plan, the Pawtucket Red Sox and other promotion sponsors and their respective subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, owners, successors and assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, employees, and agents (individually and collectively hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all demands, claims, actions, suits, causes of action, charges, complaints, liabilities, costs, contracts, agreements and damages of any nature whatsoever (whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, in law, in equity or otherwise) which any of the foregoing may now have or may have against the Releasees relating to or arising out of, in any way, this promotion, the Prize, and/or the use of or attendance at any event associated with the Prize. Further, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability, claims, actions, and damages sustained or incurred by participation in the promotion, event and/or the receipt and use of any prize(s) awarded or attendance at any event associated with any prize by the Organization or by any party attending the game with the tickets provided as part of the Prize(“Guests”) arising in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise caused by Releasees, Organization or Guests.
6. I, on behalf of the Organization, hereby agree that the Releasees may use for advertising and/or promotional purposes, the name, image, photographs, voice and/or biographical information of the Organization, the undersigned or any Organization employee in connection with the Organization’s participation in this promotion without the payment of any additional compensation, including, without limitation, any video footage or audio recordings made by the Releasees at the appearance event.
7. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS ON MY OWN BEHALF AND/OR ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL. I AFFIRM THAT I AM MORE THAN 18 YEARS OF AGE. I, INTENDING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND, DO HEREBY EXECUTE THIS RELEASE.
