Julio Lugo, who left Friday night's game with soreness in his right knee, was sent out for an MRI during the Red Sox' 8-4 win over the Yankees at City of Palms Park in Fort Myers. "He was complaining of right knee soreness when he went out in the first inning so when we got him in we got him out for precautionary measures, sent him to get an MRI this evening," said Red Sox manager Terry Francona. "As of yet we don't have anything from the medical people." Lugo had mentioned something to assistant trainer Mike Reinold a few days ago but hadn't been receiving treatment.
