ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Michael Bowden has been moved into the Pawtucket Red Sox' bullpen, a move that may pave the way to the 23-year-old to help the Red Sox' pen at some point during the final months of the regular season. Bowden, who made seven relief appearances for the Red Sox in 2009, has been dominant for the PawSox as of late, allowing a total of six runs over his last five outings. The righty is coming off an outing against Scranton-Wilkes Barre that saw him give up just one run on one hit over 7 1/3 innings. For more see the Red Sox team page at weei.com/redsox.
