WALTHAM - Celtics coach Doc Rivers said following the team's practice on Tuesday that his staff is planning to attack the basket more in Game 2 on Wednesday, even if that means going through Dwight Howard. “Just getting up into him," Rivers said. "He’s a focal point. We knew that coming into it. It’s one guy with the size, and that’s Dwight Howard. We have to make some changes there to help our guys be more aggressive to the basket. We know what we want to do.” Howard had 22 rebounds and 16 points in Orlando's 95-90 win in Game 1 on Monday night. Rivers also called Monday's near-comeback fool's gold.
