Patriots coach Bill Belichick told "The Big Show" Thursday afternoon that New England has not been involved in any trade talks for Carolina’s Julius Peppers. Belichick said there’s no way the Patriots could be discussing a deal for Peppers because the Panthers’ defensive end has yet to sign his franchise tender. “There’s no trade talks going on with Carolina,” Belichick said. “They don’t have a signed contract. They can’t talk about trading a player that isn’t signed.” For more on the interview, check out our football blog, "It Is What It Is."
