FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — Antonio Cromartie met with the media after Jets practice on Wednesday, a day after his obscenity-laced tirade against Tom Brady. The cornerback was asked if he had any regrets regarding the comments made to the New York Daily News.
"No. Why would I regret them?" asked Cromartie. "That's my opinion and how I feel about it. There's no reason for me to sit back and take anything I said about him back, and I'm not."
Cromartie was asked again if he thought Brady taunted the Jets in the 45-3 Patriots win in Week 13.
"Yeah he did," said Cromartie. "Be professional. He's been there before. Act like you've scored touchdowns before. My opinion is never going to change about Brady. At the end of the day it's going to be what it's going to be. I hate him, he hates the Jets."
