Five Sox All-Stars get $50K bonuses

Of the six Red Sox named to the All-Star team, five (Adrian Beltre, Jon Lester, Victor Martinez, David Ortiz and Dustin Pedroia) have contracts that call for them to receive $50,000 bonuses for their selections as reserves. Clay Buchholz, however, does not have an All-Star bonus clause in his 2010 contract. If Kevin Youkilis is added to the All-Star squad via fan voting, he would also receive a $50,000 bonus.
