LOS ANGELES -- The Bruins have selected forward Jared Knight with the first of their two picks (32nd overall) in second round of the NHL draft. Knight had 36 goals and 21 assists in 63 games with the London Knights this season.
In addition to the 32nd overall pick, which was obtained from Toronto in the Phil Kessel trade, the Bruins also have their own second round pick, the 45th overall. In the opening round Friday, the B’s selected Tyler Seguin with the second overall pick , also obtained in the Kessel trade.
