The NHL and players' association met for 30 minutes on Tuesday night, with the league reportedly submitting a counterproposal to the NHLPA's latest offer.
According to NHL.com's Dan Rosen via Twitter [1], NHLPA executive director Donald Fehr called the league's offer a "comprehensive response" and said the players will spend Tuesday night and part of Wednesday to review the proposal.
