According to a tweet from ESPN's Adam Schefter [1], Saints offensive coordinater Pete Carmichael, Jr. is on Boston College's radar as the school looks for a replacement for the recently fired Frank Spaziani.
Carmichael is a Medway native and a Boston College graduate. He has coached locally before, serving as the assistant offensive line coach for UNH in 1994. He has been coaching at the NFL level since 2000, working for the Browns, Redskins and Chargers before joining the Saints in 2006 as a quarterbacks coach. He has been the team's offensive coordinator since 2009.
