Aaron Hernandez is among seven players ruled out of Sunday's game in London by the Patriots, who landed in the U.K. early Friday. Also out are Tracy White, Steve Gregory, Brandon Bolden, Ras-I Dowling, Patrick Chung and Trevor Scott.
As a result, the Patriots will not have to make any further game-time inactive decisions for their contest against the Rams at Wembley Stadium.
Hernandez, as reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter, has been having trouble making cuts on his right ankle, the same ankle he sprained on Sept. 16 against the Cardinals. Hernandez returned two weeks ago and played against Seattle and the Jets before taking a step back this week. Hernandez, who is also expecting the birth of his first child, missed practice on Thursday.
Eleven players were listed as questionable and all 11 were limited in the team's light practice on Friday, a team gathering Bill Belichick on Thursday termed "a transition" travel day.
