Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is active for the first time since injuring his right ankle on Sept. 16 while rookie linebacker Dont'a Hightower is missing his second straight game with a hamstring injury.
The Patriots inactives list also includes tight end Michael Hoomanawanui (concussion), receiver Julian Edelman (hand), safety Steve Gregory (hip), linebacker Tracy White (foot), offensive lineman Matt Tennant and defensive end Jake Bequette.
Edelman, Gregory, Hightower and White were ruled out before Sunday's inactive list came out.
