With the NHL lockout having pushed back the start of its season, Bruins forward Tyler Seguin signed with EHC Biel in Switzerland and is expected to report on Saturday and be ready to play as early as next week, the team announced on its website [1]. According to the announcement, Seguin's initial commitment will run through Dec. 31. (Also in the announcement, in offering a summary of Seguin's career, there is mention of the "amusing random episode" that he was disciplined by the team for sleeping through meetings.)
The 20-year-old led the Bruins last season with 29 goals and 67 points in 81 games.
