Lineup: Lavarnway gets start at catcher

Ryan Lavaranway will be behind the plate, catching Jon Lester as the Sox open a series with the Twins at Fenway. The Yale product was recalled from Triple-A Pawtucket before Wednesday's game. Ryan Kalish is also back in the lineup playing right field and Cody Ross will DH.
