The Patriots have signed offensive tackle Darrion Weems, according to a report from Greg Bedard of The Boston Globe. The 6-foot-5, 318-pounder out of Oregon was undrafted but picked up by the Vikings, who cut him before the start of camp.
UPDATE, 1:07 p.m.: Patriots coach Bill Belichick confirmed the signing at his daily press conference.
