Adrian Gonzalez will play right field for the second consecutive game as the Red Sox look win the rubber game of their three-game series with the Phillies on Sunday.
David Ortiz will again play first base for the Sox (19-21), who will face Cliff Lee (0-1, 1.95). Lee threw a two-hit shutout the last time he faced the Sox, a 5-0 Phillies win over Josh Beckett last June 28. Beckett (3-4, 4.97) will oppose Lee again on Sunday.
Cody Ross fouled a ball off his left foot in the eighth inning in Friday night's loss and did not return to the game. He did not play on Saturday and is not in the lineup Sunday.
