Facing a possible elimination in Game 5 of their first-round series against the Celtics on Tuesday, the Hawks have made a pair of changes to their starting lineup. Kirk Hinrich and Jason Collins move to the bench as Marvin Williams and Al Horford join Jeff Teague, Josh Smith and Joe Johnson in the starting lineup.
"I just wanted to give us a different look and see it if will jump start us," Hawks coach Larry Drew told reporters on Tuesday morning. "It gives us an opportunity to move Joe back to some 2, it makes us bigger, so we can do a few more things defensively in making some adjustments in Game 5."
Horford played 20 minutes in Game 4, scoring 12 points with rebounds in his first game since tearing his left pectoral muscle in January. Williams has struggled in the series, averaging just 4.0 points on 21.7 percent shooting over the first four games.
