The Patriots are set to sign former Indianapolis running back Joseph Addai, according to Peyton Manning. Manning broke the news when talking to reporters on Saturday, according to Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star [1]. Addai, who turned 29 years old last Thursday, has played six seasons in the league, all with the Colts. His finest season came in 2007, when he rushed for 1,072 yards and 12 touchdowns on 261 carries. (In his career, he has 4,453 career rushing yards in 1,095 carries.)
