FOXBORO -- After trading up twice in the first round on Thursday, the Patriots reverted to form and traded their second second-round pick to the Packers Friday night in exchange for Green Bay's third-round pick (90th overall) and a fifth-round selection (163rd overall).
With New England's second-round pick, Green Bay took cornerback Casey Hayward out of Vanderbilt.
Earlier in the second round, the Patriots took safety Tavon Wilson from Illinois.
