Chris Broussard of ESPN -- who reported on Wednesday that the Celtics are "aggressively shopping" Rajon Rondo -- spoke about the possibility of trading the All-Star point guard on SportsCenter on Thursday morning.
"With Rondo, it's a lot of personality conflicts," Broussard said. "He's kind of introverted, he's stubborn, which can be a strength but also a weakness. And he has trouble taking constructive criticism, and he does clash a lot with Doc Rivers. Now, they know he's a great player and they will not just give him away, but they feel like they probably can't rebuild around him because of the problems they do have with his personality."
The NBA trade deadline is March 15. Rondo, who has three years and $36 million left on his contract after this season, produced the 16th triple-double of his career in Wednesday's win over the Bucks.
