Tim Tebow has a clause in his contract that promises him $250,000 for every Broncos playoff victory, according to an ESPN report from Adam Schefter.
Schefter writes that Tebow needed to play 70 percent of the Broncos' snaps during the season to initiate the escalator. Tebow played 73 percent. So, he pocketed a quarter-million for Sunday's overtime win over the Steelers and could earn a total of $1 million if the Broncos win the Super Bowl. That, of course, would first require that the Broncos knock off the Patriots on Saturday night at Gillette Stadium.
