FOXBORO -- Tom Brady was not at the media portion of Patriots practice on Wednesday as the team began preparations for their season finale against the Bills this Sunday at Gillette Stadium.
Brady was hit in his non-throwing shoulder late in the win over the Dolphins on Christmas Eve and was spotted with a wrap on it after the game. Also missing from practice in sweats and shells on the upper grass fields were Logan Mankins and Sebastian Vollmer. Mankins injured his left knee in the first quarter of Saturday's win over the Dolphins. Mankins moved from left guard and started at left tackle, taking the place of Matt Light, who was a late scratch Saturday with a sore right foot.
Vollmer injured his right foot in the win over the Eagles on Nov. 27 and hasn't practiced or played since.
Brady spoke to the media on Wednesday and did a sit-down with ESPN's Chris Berman in visitor's locker room. All indications are that Brady will be available to play this week against the Bills.
