A source has told Dennis & Callahan's John Dennis that despite reports to the contrary, the Red Sox and Cubs won't start talks regarding compensation for general manager Theo Epstein until Thursday. Dennis first reported Wednesday that Epstein had come to terms with Chicago to become its next GM, agreeing to a five-year deal between $15 million-$20 million.
