It was a given that when Shaquille O'Neal retired from the NBA that he'd be a natural for television. TNT announced on Thursday that O'Neal has agreed to join the network and will appear as a full-time analyst on Inside the NBA with Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley. Shaq will also get face time on NBA TV.
O'Neal retired from the NBA after 19 seasons. In his final season with the Celtics he averaged 9.2 points and 4.8 rebounds but played in only 37 games because of an Achilles injury.
