Bruins defenseman Johnny Boychuck won't be suspended for his hit on Vancouver's Mason Raymond in Game 6 that left the winger with a fractured verterbrae, according to Toronto's Globe and Mail [1]. Mike Murphy, the NHL's acting disciplinarian told the paper via email that, "[It was an] awkward collision between two players battling for space/room. [You] rarely see a player bumped when in the position Raymond was in (bent over forward)."
