According to a Boston.com report [1], Celtics forward Kevin Garnett will remain out for the rest of the regular season. Garnett, who is recovering from what the team describes as a muscle strain in the right knee, is taking part in practices and, according to the report, remains expected to return in Game 1 of the playoffs. That being the case, the risks of getting Garnett in a regular-season game seemed to outweigh the potential rewards. "I don't see the benefit of playing Kevin right now, with the practice we're going to have," Celtics coach Doc Rivers told the site.
