FOXBORO -- Earlier on Wednesday, Bill Belichick was asked if he has any plans to buy Tom Brady's new book, "The TB12 Method," which was released on Tuesday.

Based on what the coach said, it doesn't appear he will.

"We see Tom every day," he said. "I don't really feel like I need to read a book."

When Brady spoke later in the afternoon he was asked about Belichick's comments and Brady didn't really know what to say, as he shrugged his shoulders a few times before saying, "maybe I’ll give it to him for Christmas.”

The quarterback was also asked about donating $100,000 to J.J. Watt's Hurricane Harvey relief fund.

“I think everybody was pretty touched by what happened," he said. "I have a lot of friends down there and I don’t know. I’d rather not comment too much other than a lot of people need a lot of help.”

Brady and the Patriots will host the Texans Sunday at Gillette Stadium.
