FOXBORO -- Tom Brady and James Harrison are the two oldest non-special teams players in the NFL and after being with the Steelers for so many years, Harrison is now on Brady's side with the Patriots.

The two even took a picture together posted to Instagram on Tuesday, the day Harrison signed after being released by the Steelers last weekend.

“I told him I like him much better in our color jersey," Brady said Friday. "I told him that. He’s excited to be here. Hopefully he can help us win. I know it is late in the year, but guys who have played in these big games and those situations, [it] always helps having good players out there. Hopefully, he can go out and do a great job for us.”

As for Brady himself, the 40-year-old missed Wednesday's practice with left shoulder and Achilles injuries, but he says he will be out there Sunday against the Jets.

“[I'm feeling] good," he said. "It’s been a good week. I am excited for this game.”

With a win, the Patriots will clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC and homefield advantage throughout the postseason.
