Roger Goodell apparently will get his new contract after all.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, many expect the deal to be completed at or before the owners' meetings in Dallas on Dec. 13.

The report adds if everything goes as planned and Goodell meets all the bonus criteria, he would average $40 million for each year from 2019 to 2023, making it a five-year extension worth up to about $200 million. The base salary is in the single-digit millions.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has been very outspoken about Goodell not getting a new deal, but it looks like he will be overruled.
