Robert Kraft gives Bill Belichick game ball after win over Raiders in Mexico City

Sunday was a big win for Bill Belichick, as he won his 271st overall game as a head coach to move past Tom Landry for sole possession of third place all-time, behind George Halas (324) and Don Shula (347).

Courtesy of, Robert Kraft presented Belichick the game ball from the game in the locker room afterwards.

“We don’t usually celebrate individual accomplishments, but I can speak for myself coming to these Patriots games for many decades with my boys and seeing Landry and Halas and Don Shula, and I always dreamt of us being in that place," Kraft said. "Today, you guys helped this gentleman become third all-time in wins in the 97-year history of the NFL behind Don Shula and George Halas.”

Belichick responded, “Congratulations, this is about our team.”
