Typically, most coaches don't like to buy into the hype of games, but not Steelers coach Mike Tomlin -- he's actually adding to it.

Tomlin has been talking about the Patriots-Steelers matchup for weeks and he can't wait for Sunday afternoon in Pittsburgh.

"It's good to be in the kitchen. The kitchen's in Pittsburgh, PA, this week in the National Football League, and at Heinz Field," Tomlin told reporters Tuesday. "That's where you want to be in the middle of December. We don't take it for granted."

It would appear the winner of the contest will be the AFC's No. 1 seed and have homefield advantage throughout the playoffs. A Pittsburgh win would eliminate the Patriots from getting it, while if the Patriots win, they would also need to win in Week 16 and 17.

"It's good to be in big games. It's better to be in big games than ones nobody's watching," Tomlin said. "We better be appreciative of this spot and not resistant in any way, but embrace it. This is what we've been fighting for since March, to be in these types of games against these types of people. Why would you fight that? It's an awesome thing."

The Patriots have dominated the Steelers of late, winning the last four meetings and five of the last six.
