FOXBORO -- There was a little intrigue coming from the media portion of Patriots practice on Thursday.

For the first time since Sept. 29, the Patriots had perfect attendance, which meant Mike Gillislee, Malcolm Mitchell and Marquis Flowers all returned after missing Wednesday's session.

Gillislee (ankle) hasn't practiced or played since Week 16 and Mitchell (knee) had come off injured reserve to practice in Week 17 and the bye week, but then wasn't spotted during media access during Tuesday and Wednesday's sessions. This was a sign he wouldn't be activated and would revert back to injured reserve, but now anything is possible.

For him to play in the game Saturday against the Titans, he would need to be activated to the 53-man roster by Friday afternoon. If he isn't added to the active roster by next Wednesday, he would revert back to injured reserve and be done for the year.

After missing Wednesday with an illness, Marquis Flowers returned.

The final injury report, including game designations, comes out later Thursday. It is worth noting Mitchell will not be on it as he isn't on the 53-man roster.
