Some 40 year olds struggle to get out of bed each morning and have to grind just to get through a typical work out at the gym.

Tom Brady isn't like most 40 year olds.

Speaking after Wednesday's joint practice with the Texans in West Virginia, Brady said getting through the "grind" of training camp is as easy as it has ever been for him.

"I feel like my routine is better than it's ever been," Brady said to reporters. "When you're younger, you don't know what to do. After 17 years, 18 years, I know what to do. I know how to prepare. I'm never sore. I could practice every day. I could twice a day if they let us do that. ... It's just fun being out here competing. That's what football players do."

Of course, this is all because of the work he does with personal training guru Alex Guerrero with a special diet and extensive resistance band work to improve flexibility.

This is bad news for the rest of the NFL when it comes to the upcoming season.
