Appearing on a PFT Live podcast, Dolphins head coach Adam Gase discussed what it is like to face the Patriots twice a year in the AFC East.

Gase certainly had a different tone than defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, who recently said the Patriots are "definitely beatable".

The second-year head coach said the Patriots give his team a good idea of where they stack up with the rest of the league.

“I think this is good for us because we get to go against the best twice a year and you know exactly where you stand in the NFL,” Gase said. “Last year they beat us twice and they beat us pretty handily both times. We really put ourselves in a hole and they let us know that we have a long way to go.”

Gase and the Dolphins won't face the Patriots until Nov. 26 in New England.
