Dion Lewis named AFC's Offensive Player of the Week

FOXBORO -- For the seventh time this season, a Patriots player has been honored with a Player of the Week award.

Dion Lewis was named the AFC's Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against the Bills in Week 16. He finished the game with a career-high 129 yards rushing on 24 attempts and a touchdown to go along with five receptions for 24 yards and a touchdown. 

Lewis was also named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week earlier this season after his Week 10 performance in Denver.

He is the third Patriot to win a Player of the Week Award on both offense and special teams, joining Julian Edelman and Doug Flutie.
