When Colts general manager Chris Ballard stepped off the podium last Thursday speaking following Josh McDaniels deciding against taking the Colts job and staying in New England, he declared the rivalry between the Patriots and Colts being back on.

It appears Andrew Luck is feeling the same way.

In Peter King's MMQB column on Monday, he relayed McDaniels walking away from the Colts "has given Luck a shot of motivational adrenaline that he didn’t have before Tuesday."

Luck hasn't begun throwing yet, as he's still dealing with a shoulder injury, but according to King, every time he faces the Patriots again, it will be a "mega-game" for him.

The Patriots will host the Colts next season, but New England has won the last seven meetings, including the playoffs, by a combined score of 285-152. The Patriots have also scored at least 42 points in three out of the last four meetings.
