Another day, another lack of a J.D. Martinez introductory press conference.

The Red Sox reached agreement on a five-year, $110 million agreement with Martinez on Monday and he visited JetBlue Park on Wednesday for a physical, but deal has still not been officially announced.

Red Sox manager Alex Cora isn't sweating the delay.

"I'm not concerned. I'm not concerned," Cora said after the Red Sox opened their official Grapefruit League schedule with a  4-3 victory over the Twins. "I'm just, the thing I can do is do my thing. My job here is to show up every day and get them ready."

Cora was asked if Martinez could work out on Saturday.

"Like I said, my concern's with the guys here and getting ready tomorrow," Cora said. "We have that (Players Association) meeting and see what we can do tomorrow."
